It's good if you don’t have any other opportunities good start for ur career but don’t stay longer as company won't give u anything for me it was bad experience because of my bad surrounding they don't like me without any reason I'm writing this after putting paper within 5 month .

Nothing , worst company . With no work life balance . Hectic work .

...you won't keep paper with good offer , your annual package won't be that great . That too fixed pay will be less , with lot of deductions . If you ask for complete details , no reply from HR. Worst HR'S / management .

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management

One of the best company but after dividing into Eviden and Atos there are lot of changes in pay scale and appraisal format. 2024 is a bad year for atos lot of project moved from atos to tcs and wipro

Dislikes

No Appraisals , annual hike only 3%. Totally Manager's dominated approach for employee on their benefits & appraisals, with higher level of cost cutting at each facility. Nothing as per HR Policy, all rules amended as per Manager & HR. Not good for long term service as low hikes & no future.
