Working environment is good, not much pressure and flexible office timings. All the basic amenities available. Medical, Life and Accidental Insurance provided to all employees.

Dislikes

Don't expect any other thing than Salary, even there is deduction in variable payouts. No employee engagement activities.

Top management in India is full of useless and incapable peoples who are lacking managerial skills.. Obviously they might be a good staff but not a manager.

Everything depends on the account/project, team and managers you get. If things click for you, it is a excellent company to stay long term and grow. For me everything clicked and had grown within the organization. The work life balance is great! Old employees are treated well within the organization.

Dislikes

...of the company has caused many major customers to exit and reduces job security. - The salary growth is typically as in every other IT service company.

No salary hike and even though you are deserve for promotion they promote those who's tenure is completed. The promotion should be based on performance rather than tenure of individual.

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Dislikes

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management
