As most will agree, many factors depend on the project and managers. My Lead and Manager are great people, we have little freedom when it comes to working hours as long as we are responsible and complete tasks before deadline. The support for personal/career development is great from my both of them.

Dislikes

The HR dept. The Pay. It's not upto market standards. It all depends on how much important you are to the team. Even have to beg for 30% of the hike in which you deserve. There are more chances of replacing than retaining people.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive always looking to be better. There is a big cafeteria, gym and indoor gaming section. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Management isn't transparent and doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent and appraisals are fair, but do not give a good salary hike and bonus. Career growth for the team members is not well planned and is very slow.

Likes

Atos is probably the best place to work if you are looking for a great work-life balance. Job security is also something that is good as at Atos, I have not seen the hire and fire trend that many other MNCs have. The company does invest substantial efforts to upskill/re-skill the current workforce with emerging technologies and demands,

Dislikes

Atos may not be the best if your only lookout is the pay.

More politics, If you know manager you will get good ratings. No more projects in Bangalore location.

The company is open to Innovation and readily adapts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad to Germany. But onsite travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we happily work together in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here apart from home office policies and leave policies.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. The company is located only in in western and Southern part of India. In my opinion the company should have been located in Northern and Eastern part of India too.
