Top management in India is full of useless and incapable peoples who are lacking managerial skills.. Obviously they might be a good staff but not a manager.

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

One of the best company but after dividing into Eviden and Atos there are lot of changes in pay scale and appraisal format. 2024 is a bad year for atos lot of project moved from atos to tcs and wipro
