It's a very good company and with the good people and each and every one are very supportive about work and the management was very nice,we are flexible with our working hours

The main dislike was salary was not as per the work it's very lower and also the hikes process was also quite bad as per my knowledge

Dislikes

Performance bonus is paid 3 months late every semester. Leaving company before appraisal will lead to loss of montly performance bonus amount which is huge.

Great value system and emphasis on training and Atos adds a lot of value and provides plenty of opportunities to go and Excel in career.

Dislikes

The variable pay is a bit high which reduces in hand salary. Nevertheless I've not had issue with variable payout.

In a very difficult time of ressesion. Atos is one of those company who is not firing employees.

Dislikes

No salary joke after joining. No personal level attention from leads towards employees. Really late appraisals with almost bad ratings even without consultations. Any time chang in employee policies, like stopping transportation with out notice and jot giving any reambursment.
