No salary hike and even though you are deserve for promotion they promote those who's tenure is completed. The promotion should be based on performance rather than tenure of individual.

Salary and incentives are average comparing other mnc but company recent gave best hike

...thless they charge 437000 for 20 days and after that no security for placement.. and ask to join us the midlevel company and pay 1 lakh more to that company to get a job .. and Atos recruitment staffs are not good … not responding any calls and email.. it’s a fake service they provide …

Very worst training and very worst staff …

The team coordination is good and opportunities somewhat less to promote higher position. Job security 100 percent secured and salary somewhat less. Coming to appraisal it may varies according their individual performance.

The main disadvantage is Salary pay is less.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive always looking to be better. There is a big cafeteria, gym and indoor gaming section. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Management isn't transparent and doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent and appraisals are fair, but do not give a good salary hike and bonus. Career growth for the team members is not well planned and is very slow.
