There is nothing to good about this company, there are no policies for the employees, company only pay your salary nothing else, if you are working on client side and you worked on weekends then they will charge to client, but they will never give any amount to you, also they will threaten you if anything is going wrong they will say that you will lost your job if this will not completed, this is not the way to do. Sometimes I think that I am not doing job here, but I am the slave here. Literally don't join here .

The company will not provide your variable amount in the June also, they will clearly say that the company don't have money so we will not give you. Let me tell you one more thing the company CEO and Director will get the commission for every employee who join at the client side, and they will not give any money to you also they will ask you to work another client also and they will give some amount to you, really what they want from us I don't understand. They don't want to grow themselves they just here only for commission so don't join here if they will give you high amount then also don't come here because if client side even after 1 month of your joining that we don't need this guy they will immediately fire you.

People are really good over there and work from home is available.

HR team doesn't know much about their policies, salary credit is on 1st of every month and company doesn't credit it before hand if it's a Saturday or Sunday, work pressure is extremely high, higher management is really bad, 4 leave are credited every quarter of the year,

Nothing. Senior Management of Atomic is more than worst I had ever seen.

Worst environment I ever see. Senior management is more than worst. Verbal policies that came at the time once you left and such bad companies never gave you your FnF amount. So I request you all to chose wisely its a matter of your career. I regret joined Atomic earlier they were Supra India and attached with Supra Canada but not now as they are a separate entity headed by some egoistic individuals. So pls do not join them you have fear to lose your job anytime.

To be honest, my deepest respect is for Arun Prakash Sir the CEO, He is a man that is so learned, understanding and open to suggestions of every kind the only soft corner I have for atomic north is Arun sir he is a very great leader he never micromanages his employee, but I think he should,

now getting to the real point to address some people over here, From Recruitment/sales- (Hemant Batra) - please stay away from him...! he is what we call in layman language (m**thi ch*ri), he starves for credit, play games never let his junior and colleague grow, the reality check he don't know shit about anything I mean really anything, he is just a dumb, bald, fake, Lier, he will fake it to everyone that he knows everything but he doesn't even know the basis difference B/w firewall and Lock, he will try to brain dead you you cannot reach to the higher authorities if Hemant is not there, he will let you do everything and just Eat off the credit And here is the cherry on the top After all this spat, a man can at least, be good in character guess what he is an jerk in that region too I mean although he is married, he got affairs in the office that are well know Name - Sheetal (the newest one) - Ayushi (The old Spat) he would do favours and like what he will drop your client and candidate credit in there, "silver lining Sheetal cannot speak basis English" :) From HR- Ruchi Kumar She just got this job because he is the CEO Sister in law, the women cannot speak basic English, toxic at that level of extent that we cannot scale, Ego that we cannot match but real work skills are 0, everyone pleases her "the reason I don't even know", she doesn't know nothing about being a HR Just an Unprofessional (put a bad word), stay away from her Finance - Hridesh, Praveen They are just toxic, and just ignore them, I mean they are not just professionally bad, hridesh is a bad person why you ask cause "He tried to Harass one of his coworker at an office trip and guess what that he is still in atomic north" so, after knowing all this if you still want to join atomic north, go ahead but keep it in your mind that my time is very important and if I choose to write this long note onto a platform there would be something that i had gone through Best of Luck
