Impatient Behavior of CORE Team- They always set aspirational target which is good, sometimes those aspirations remains unfulfilled at that time they become more frustrated and they don't know how to handle the situation. And they take haste decision and create a lot unnecessary pressure to the bottom line employees and medium level employees. Sense of Insecurity - They judge the people too frequently and create perception about the people rather focusing on challenges of the situation and due that recent exit of old human resources and continuous pressure on other team members have created sense of Job Instability. However, it's very young organization but they also need some experience management team members who create good culture in the organization. Slow in Business Diversification and New Launches has created a lot pressure on existing line of business.

HR initiatives are there but HRBP is worst selfish and cunning. Unlimited leaves just for the name sake instaed they shd have leave policy so that an employee can leave on his own from balance
