They pay good and also rewards very well to the performers interms of Good appraisals hike and ESOPs. etc and growth opportunities in the career.

Impatient Behavior of CORE Team- They always set aspirational target which is good, sometimes those aspirations remains unfulfilled at that time they become more frustrated and they don't know how to handle the situation. And they take haste decision and create a lot unnecessary pressure to the bottom line employees and medium level employees. Sense of Insecurity - They judge the people too frequently and create perception about the people rather focusing on challenges of the situation and due that recent exit of old human resources and continuous pressure on other team members have created sense of Job Instability. However, it's very young organization but they also need some experience management team members who create good culture in the organization. Slow in Business Diversification and New Launches has created a lot pressure on existing line of business.

This pay working style is good and no confuse in new product and old product. Yes, it is removed every time, for which there is a separate training group, so that we can make people aware of any problem with the product.

There is no job securites reporting manager can any time fired you by giving impossible PIP targets and no one ask you why this happen.. There are no HR policy to protect you

Excellent work environment and culture also. Supportive teammate and the transparent management. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good appraisal are Fair and they give bonus every year.

Salary is decent and growth is slow.
