Puttgowda is our worst hod who protects senior faculties like Anil Kumar CJ sir who are worst don't teach properly and don't do work properly, instead assign work to junior faculties get their work done, mentally harassed junior faculties, threaten junior faculties with memo black mails that he will give confidential report to management, inspire of repeated complaints to management, they have fallen deaf hears, they have opened 3 branches, we all left at me, there is no career growth, Anil Kumar CJ will be sleeping in cabin, these are totally neglected by management officials, Mr puttgowda lacks subject command and does not have enough knowledge, unfit to be hod, he may having support of management, that how he is surviving with help of management, many junior faculties have left this college, I wonder he is best person to lead department, unless management decides to bring good and eminent knowledge person to head cs department, NBA will be under threat as he himself does know sufficient knowledge regard ing NBA or any other subjects he teaches, only thing he is good at assigning work to junior faculties and get work. He and Anil Kumar CJ would be declared international waste bodies of year
