Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but groth is slow. The work presser is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the eveing and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strenghet

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
