... and culture good teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are very nice and give good salary hike and bonus every year. Yes cafeteria

Politics and the management. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is another bond of 1 months resign latter submit.

This company is very good : I am proud that i work in this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but groth is slow. The work presser is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the eveing and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strenghet

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
