Job security zero. Anytime management tell you to find job and give one month notice for that. No leave policy for new joiners till confirmation. Management is having bias mentality. Not change is acceptable to management. Still Management very transparent in dealing on agreed terms of financial matters.

I joined this co as asst. Purchase manager. Job work is very satisfactory. All tho ga are systematic and on paper work. Management take care of work and job and brobalams. Company policy is satisfactory for all.

company incremant policy is not even similar to all, higher salaries gets higher and lower get low increments, even lower class work hard then higher.
