Lots of lies by the HR. Cut pay during Covid, was supposed to refund this once work from office resumed also money was disbursed by the client but it was not returned to employees. Contractual agreement will be asked for at any and every step. No salary increments no matter how good your performance may be.

Basically it is service providing company. It's main branch is in Tamil Nadu. Another branch is in Pune. For the fresher's and 1 to 2 years experience people they give 2 weeks training. After that they send you to any client on contract. They provide platform for the fresher's and the people from non-design background.

Salary is very low compared with other service providers. It's one room company

Just the colleagues who are sailing in the same boat as me. Contractual employers are ruining the lives of Engineers.

Dislikes

You're honey trapped here with false promises of salary increment every 6 months. Made to work twice as hard as an on roll employee for half the benefits and one third of their salary. 2 years of contract with iron clad agreements mean that you're stuck here on their whim.
