Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Despite the challenges reflected in the overall rating, my experience at the company has been quite mixed. The management is open to feedback, and I’ve noticed efforts to improve both the work environment and processes. The team is supportive, and there’s a real sense of collaboration. While there’s room for growth, I believe the company is on the right path and has the potential to create a stronger, more fulfilling work experience for its employees.

Overall, my experience with the company has been positive, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. At times, communication between departments can be a bit slow, leading to occasional delays in projects. Additionally, while the work environment is generally good, there could be more opportunities for professional growth and development. However, these are minor issues compared to the company’s many strengths.
