...used. They did not hesitate to downgrade all the ASMs and AVSMs to team members. Stopping salary increments, promotions is OK for the leadership. Not paying variable on time is OK for the leadership. Job security does not exist in this company.

You will get to learn many things from seniors and colleagues. You can have great learning culture along with working here

Most of the time there will be last minute support is expected. There is no any kind of bonus for whose work very well.

You may find good opportunities here to learn and grow but is not open to everyone. Difficult to gain visibility, hence much harder to build your credibility without mentor.

Depends on the team but overall great engineers and managers. They do not have any on-call. Internal platform teams provide a lot of opportunities for R&D and learning and growth.
