Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The MD is womaniser….He will keep you as asst of his …ask to work late and tell you to block your boyfriend if you r in relationship…It’s a warning to very girl if you get any calls from there side of job please don’t go MD is not at all good ….if you r living alone he will take you to his guest house but don’t go there he has very bad reputation in all Kala amb Area …
