Nothing to like. They take high salary from your employer and pays you very less.

Dislikes

Its a money sucking organization based in nagpur. Completely terrible company to work with no benefits at all instead they take money from you. You don't get paid for your hard work. Just a bunch of blood sucking supervisor you will get associated with who will not give you any support at all. Don't join this organization.

All the staff on here good and here boss is also good. Here salary gets on time.

...va do not behave properly with employees. So here you need to pay atttention. 2.here the calaculation of work, salary is little less. 3.diwali bonus is not get here.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
