Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I have resigned from ATC , on 30/06/2019 but still my salary and final dues not cleared also EPF and ESI not submitted yet since my joining. worst IT company i have ever seen, worst work culture rude behavior of the management employees, please dont refer anybody to this organisation. they used to join new employees committing 6 and half hour but after joining the time increases to 9 hours. even they didnt issue my Release Certificate.

work culture, irregular Salary Procedure, extended duty time, non submission of Statutory dues on time, training & skill development is very poor, try to cheat employees final dues, rude attitude of Managers.
