No promotion policy for the people who getting Hight rating continuously. Promotion based on the Manager recommendations, it should be based on the system generated.

1. Promotions are difficult 2. Legacy tech stack, needs time to transform 3. Limited learning and development scope. 4. Office politics can be difficult to handle

Diversity is overlooked... Just male female diversity is there in only some departments. Cultural diversity is totally miss managed. Employee engagement is poor. If your boss is Chinese, like Chinese items you (if Indian) won't last long in organisation. Promotions is the things is out of question. Some departments where the job openings are there prefer to hire family members and discourage the internal movement of staff..Zero job security.. zero sponsorship for futher skill development..bosses do not encourage skill development.

Slow learning curve. It takes longer to acquire skills that are in demand outside. Promotions can get delayed.
