Petty politics, No chance of growth, Blame the weaker employee is the theme for every one, Company is good but Local Management has no integrity. JOIN this company only if you want to be humiliated every time. HR does not have integrity, No point to expect anything from HR

Company policy good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Asus has a nice work culture and allows employees to work freely also there us a good support from senior and always motivated thank-you Asus for your support

Training need to be more efficient, Need to organise atleast yearly meeting with all employees

If you have one-of-kind skillset then the growth is pretty immense and fast at Asus.

If you are hired at a lesser salary then the growth in salary is low, compared to the immense growth in work and responsibilities.

...k. There is no career growth, seniors sitting on position like government babus. Pay and incentives are worst. If someone wants a secure job and has a mentality of doing 8:30 to 18:00 job and learn nothing new, go for it.
