Nothing except the infrastructure & aroma within the premises.

Managers can't take their own decision's. Moreover, those decision's taken by previous management went wrong for that current management will be held responsible. Employees were fired just on the basis of mere preceptions without knowing the entire truth.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
