Proud about the fact that we are contributing to the betterment of the society by manufacturing Covid vaccine to end this pandemic. Job security is good and you get to learn many new things. Initially lot of freebies were offered, but now, I feel they have reduced. Free transport, lunch are bonus points

Salary normalization is quite high and we need to bargain hard to get the expected salary. Multiple projects needs to be handled at the same time, resulting in average work-life balance

Senior management and leadership are bunch of sitting ducks waiting for retirement. They simply dont perform and doesnt encourage or like people who performs. Their only skill is Politics only. In 2021 year end they laid off a quarter of workforce even if they are performers.

Good and interesting work every year. Different roles. Good Compensation and every year good hike and good variable pay (more that 150 to 250% ). Very good benefits interns of shift allowance, free food and AC cabs.

Work life balance as they have lot of work.

Freedom in work. We need not to maintain time logs. Just need to finish your work on time.

Compensation. THere is no value for your academics and experience.It is purely negotiation when you join. I suggest revise compensation every year based on the experience and market standards, so that employs will stay forever.
