Compensation is good at start but the employee retention is below average. Company works on optimization as it is ready to pay more for incoming talents for same profile but lacks retaining existing ones.

...ists, where those who are not part of the inner circle are treated as outsiders. This can negatively impact promotions, salary hikes, and opportunities to showcase one's skills, regardless of competence. Moreover, mid-management often lacks the capability to effectively lead the team, further contributing to an unfair work environment. In such situations, one often faces two choices: either adapt and align with the group, including engaging in flattery, or leave the team or organization. Additionally, internal job postings (IJPs) are often influenced by connections and internal referrals, making it even harder for outsiders to progress.

1. Should review the market pay standards and should work better on it. 2. Should work better on the retention plans for those who have decided to leave the org 3. Layoffs in 2021 created uncertainties

Proud about the fact that we are contributing to the betterment of the society by manufacturing Covid vaccine to end this pandemic. Job security is good and you get to learn many new things. Initially lot of freebies were offered, but now, I feel they have reduced. Free transport, lunch are bonus points

Dislikes

Salary normalization is quite high and we need to bargain hard to get the expected salary. Multiple projects needs to be handled at the same time, resulting in average work-life balance
