The company mainly for new comers is a great learning platform with a lot of focus on Learning and Development. All organisation has a problem. In here growing in career takes time as no of departments are less. And hiigher archy is very simple structured. Also products are less. And man power is comparitively less. And sometimes when we are not upto company needs some maybe given time to leave organization. Still they are given opportunity to develop themselves . Thats a good part of Az policy. Overall Astrazeneca is one of the best organization to work for. I have spent many years in here.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
