There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I like direct Astral pipe company but family situation I'll continue in distributor point that's my feel only

There is no work culture. There is no work life balance, company don't trust on his employee, ready to deduct salary and expances in each and every step of your working without any company loss only in the name of policy, nobody even higher management also not ready to support, company is full of politics, each old workingbstaff work to pull your leg to down. HR working is just like a government Bank means when you try to connect to HR 99% they didn't respond and in remain 1% they route his work to another HR person and told you to connect with other HR person, you feel so helpless .
