Likes

An association with one of the most promising brands in building segment. A profile which is vast in nature wherein I can experience various nuances of strategies, market development and leadership roles.

Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The culture is not that of a corporate. Even the smallest of the decisions is taken by the top management which are promoters. Lack of delegation, empowerment and authority which is further aggravated by a huge disparity between pay grades.

Skill development - Poor
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
