...demons you can see in this company many employees left jobs due to these people. There will be no hike in salary (atleast till now). They dont even paid Amount for the Site Builder and not even called those hardworkers for the Company inauguration ceremony Total company was built in 01 acre bathroom often gets jammed and one can experience foul Stench Toilet smell coming into the office premises. There is no Canteen facility and one has to start early at 07:30 am from home and can only reach to home after 08:00 Pm Imagine how horrible it is though company starts at 09:00 am if you come late by 05 minutes also you will be harshly treated for your late entry.

Dislikes

Till now 03 Security Officers and 02 Purchase Managers and many executive level employees left the company due to Mr Joseph and Mr Ravi Hari Haran. To simply Say they treat employees and Nut shells and as prisoners of war. It is the situation of Anushka in Bahubali(Joking) but similar to that no welfare measures to the employees all the policies are carefully crafted and are against employee welfare, There is no union to fight for the employees that's why these HR people crafted Policies according to their own sadistic versions. Please dont ignore my words remember my review whenever you enter into ARC and you will definitely remember this honest review.
