I prepared presentation about all my achievements and presented to all panel members who are HODs. I was not selected because HOD did not like me. So you need promotion and increment you should hold big bucket to HODs. Simply nod your head.... No values for your efforts and hard work. I am aged 49 and still I am manager. You will retire but cannot grow...your promotion is once in 4 years only and can be rejected because Other department HOD did not like you... So to get promotion you should please your boss plus all HODs in organization Do not join this organization as the growth is at snail pace...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

removed 19 employees during covid suddenly without any prior information, and said company situation is very bad, it will be helpful if you resign on your own or we will terminate. They didn't even pay compensation. The removed employees were all experienced having 15+years service in tat company, but no use, to save top management jobs they targeted lower and middle management staff

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
