Aston Carter hired me for Sunlife financials with a CTC of 2.84LPA including a lot of Deductable even health insurance and Statuatory bonus in CTC. They even not opened up about 1 Year of bond which one has to sign after completion of 1 year with Aston Carter in order to continue with Client's payroll. They have worst leave policy i have ever seen 1.25 per month including .25 sick leave. In initial stage they told me that there would be hike of 20-25% but later it is nothing you have work on the same salary even after completing 1 year.

Dislikes

There is nothing i like working with aston carter, Eveeything is messed you have to go for some mandatory training which are good for nothing because you are not working with Aston Carter. All other things are mention in upper part of review i.e like section. One more thing they also give you training for 1 week that is college to corporate with paying you a single penny.

Likes

The working culture was very nice. There was no holiday working or weekend working. After few months, there were HR survey for the employees.

Dislikes

It was very difficult to work as a contract employee even after having prior experienced.

The SPOC - first point of contact - the recruiter who sourced me is very supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

This org is Tier B company.So unlike tier A company, it does not have lot of client options.So if you are released from current project, chances are very rare that you will get another project which is resulting in job loss.That's why job security is terrible
