...anything you need for the work immediately on your requirement. company policy -they have the best pay policy, salary is credited in time. they have 20th to 20th pay cycle wherein salary will be credited on last day of month. -you get 1day sick leave and 0.5 days of casual leave every month. A holiday list is provided, on which you can completely relay and plan accordingly. holiday list will be never never altered at the will of management. -appraisal policy- company will review your performance every year any give you an appraisal from June of every year.(this will be perfectly complied). career & opportunities company is always with the intention to retain most of its employees. they believe in young talent. talent is given more importance and opportunities.
