...respect for employee who served more than 20 or 25 years . Very rough treatment. When an employee resigns he has to pay 3 months gross salary if he cannot serve notice period, whereas the company pays leave encashment on separation on basic salary only, which is not equitable. When an employee resigns he will not receive the salary for the recent month he worked and he will get the salary of that month after 4 or 6 months along with Full & Final Settlement. If somebody want to resign he has to keep a buffer of at lest 3 months salary , if has a job in hand, and the next company permits him to join on or after 91st day

Hard core engineering which is missing after the take over by assystem.

The new management is discriminating between old employees and the new employees. All the perks and benefits are been given to the new ones in terms of compensation and the old employees before takeover are thrown in one corner
