Poor Salary structure which is way below the market rates, hard work not rewarded proportionately. After the acquisition, employees were never paid their outstanding dues ( several Lakhs of rupees for some employees).

One of the esteemed company work culture is good best for learning career growth is less,, Teammates are well qualified and knowledgeable.

Dislikes

Salary comes one month late its main disadvantage for this reputed consultancy. Old employee of company try to dominate new staffs.After leaving the company full and final settlement is at tortoise speed.Need to improve the whole system and make working environment peaceful.

Only the thing to like about in Bangalore office is fixed salary that they offer.

false promise by the hiring team, AC doesn't works no proper office & IT infrastructure no oven to heat food no pantry in office toilets are old and nonfunctional some time management is typical money minded travel budget is very low

1) Salary credit timely. 2) opportunities are given to work on international projects. 3) Skill upgradation program for interested candidates. 4) Supportive & problem-solving higher management

Dislikes

1) Lacking in business /projects winning in various sectors. 2) Unorganized micromanagement, not properly structured in delivery 3) Lacking in IT sector (Adequate resources are not there like softwares , good computers.)

Hard core engineering which is missing after the take over by assystem.

Dislikes

The new management is discriminating between old employees and the new employees. All the perks and benefits are been given to the new ones in terms of compensation and the old employees before takeover are thrown in one corner
