It was a mistake to join this organisation in the name of Goodyear. Actually the parent company is Assurance Intl Limited which is licensed partner of Goodyear in India. It's a Lala company

Zero job security. Manager only focus on TADA bills. No communication to field employee. Company keep changing policy every month.
