It was a mistake to join this organisation in the name of Goodyear. Actually the parent company is Assurance Intl Limited which is licensed partner of Goodyear in India. It's a Lala company

Zero job security. Manager only focus on TADA bills. No communication to field employee. Company keep changing policy every month.

Worst culture, No Ethics, Hire and Fire, cheating with distributor network and employee, HR try their level best to hold the full and final settlement, so that they will save one month salary. There is nothing to like.

There is nothing to like... So dislike is everything... like worst culture, very chief management, There is leave provision but you can not take it, if you will take, it will be deducted from your salary. No HR, No policy, I will advice to stay away from this organization.
