The work culture is good but no one cares about the staff. HR also works according to top Management. No any increment foe last 3 years. With the company increasing turnover.

No staff caring , left over as sheeps. Hr is very much helpless. No any KRA or any review of the work. Hierarchy is the only solution.

Every person wishes that he gets a job according to his ability and his self respect is maintained. This company Confirm this. The harmony of working here os known to all who know Associated Power Structures. The working environment is very healthy and harmony.

The working pressure is too high.It is enough to understand that if the work pressure goes down then we start getting sick.We have habitual of same environment.

I like and miss my work the most.....my colleague always there to help. My senior always motivate and teach me. I learn lot of technical skills.

I was feeling discomfort able due to lack of personal time. There was no family time.
