I'm Vishal, Very supportive Team, Excellent knowledgeable manager, helping, Lot of learning and wonderful experience with team work, I got preaty much cooperation and exlent knowledge sharing from my manager Miss Shikha Agarwal. She is very clever, very kind and best lead from my last 10 years carrier. She teaches me with very different way, I'll ever remember her gratitude here till my last carrier. Overall Assetsoft all team members are very cooperative and helpful in nature, shares knowledge, and help u to Move further. They have fun fridays which is total fun, and increaes team bonding. All the festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm.

Dislikes

I was hired as RPA UiPath developer but for 2 months was given training on MVC. And later was been told that the work was not as expected. People were fired abruptly giving the same reason to everyone.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
