Absolutely everything except the above positives. The work is so hectic, no work life balance, toxic offshore teams who treat you like a mere robot. And the sad part is Indian team can't do anything about that. Working hours are comfortably long like 11-12hrs per day. The work you actually do is preparing weekly and monthly reports. You will forget the dashboard as well, it's that bad. They don't actually look at improving the account performance, it runs on god's will.
