Probation period is for 2 years you don't get any benefits from company till 2 years and also they don't treat you like there employees. Hr policies are the worst.

No team work. Seriously and Top management came from same organization because of that too much politics and No manager support. They will ask on end of the month How much sales do you have this month. But they are taking good salary but not working.

...A ABLOY above 1 year. There are helpful staff they are supporting in field work. There is no any issue about salary payment.

T/A bill clam and is soo hard to about like government funds. And Tools clam not accept. This is lost from our pocket.

Working with certain colleagues. Freedom - though this is specific to certain departments. Work from home.

Never seen such an incompetent Management who do things as per their fantasies. Spending crores in Renovating an Office where nobody visits yet avg hike YoY is subpar. HR leader busy playing politics and showing no interest as to why people are leaving the Organisation. CFO hardly talks or rather hardly anyone listens to him. Had no guts to say anything or take any decision. Sales Heads bullying Management so that they get what they want. Nobody know why is "Head of ENOX" still working with Assa Abloy though the performance has been below par.

Nothing to like really can be a good company for people who like to say yes sir to managers even when they are wrong.

No job security no proper work assesment they dont recognise achievers they appreciate foot licker of managers every year there is new management and people who talk big a become heroes. The real people who are working hard taking company forward are ignored by management. And there is huge politics going on between management which we have to suffer.
