...t for hotel no salaries no other expenses while we were on duty for the company. Not even a single month salary was given in this pandemic, march salary was kept on hold and it is on hold now also in the month of August we haven't been paid for the work we did. I gave my life's 3 years to this company and yet they made us to live like a rat in a cave.

They have not paid us in this pandemic from march while we were working for them till 21st march,

Even at the time of pandemic when many companies are even not ready to pay salaries to their employees , Aspiringminds is proving yearly bonus as well as incentives along with the salaries and that too on time.I am proud to be an employee of such a campany and our CEOs Varun sir and Himanshu sir.

very pathetic work culture , toxic work environment , I will suggest don't join Finance team specially Under Manager Miss Amita Tyagi. She really don't know how to manage the things, She is very egoistic person , If you are going on leave , No backup in this team , No flexibility during work , No work from home facility , No training , I will say this is not a working environment if there is manager like Amita Tyagi. HR support her and they ask to resign , Already 5 to 6 peoples resigned from this team.

Too management is least interested in employee growth or satisfaction. They just want project managers to run after and achieve management's vision. Suggestions by workers are not welcome.

Working environment is fine and no work pressure. We can travel to many new places .

Dislikes

We have to travel frequently to many new places but the plan willnot be updated earlier, it will be updated on the day of travel only.
