Dislikes

Management dont respect long term employees. not full filling their salary expectation . If we stayed for 10 years then your salary will be 12L PA. If they hire new employee with 5 years experience then they will offer them 15L PA.

The salary package offered met industry standards, Hybrid mode of work

Dislikes

Work hours really depend upon the project you are tagged to. Hence this can lead to poor work-life balance Management takes quick decisions to lay off people on Bench or junior employees to reduce headcount. No job security for people on bench. Had bad experience with the HR dept during exit process.
