Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Not good at all, There is a bond for at least 3 years and you need to submit all original documents. When the years are completed, if you want to resign they will force you to keep continuing here and after you resign they write a very bad review on relieving letter so that you can not get a job anywhere.

1. Frequent salary cuts without any reason. 2. At the time of the hike they make excuses like your performance is not good. 3. They change their policy every time which is in the favor of the company only. 4. They ask you to do overtime like giving a call at night and asking you to do work. 5. The work environment is very poor. 6. The manager is very rude and uses very offensive language with employees.

Nothing, The company has a policy that looks very impressive in terms of hike and growth. Once you joined nothing is as per policy like a hike if you say in policy it is mentioned this much hike at that time they will tell you there are terms and conditions also. Which is not clearly mentioned in the policy.
