Not good at all, There is a bond for at least 3 years and you need to submit all original documents. When the years are completed, if you want to resign they will force you to keep continuing here and after you resign they write a very bad review on relieving letter so that you can not get a job anywhere.

1. Frequent salary cuts without any reason. 2. At the time of the hike they make excuses like your performance is not good. 3. They change their policy every time which is in the favor of the company only. 4. They ask you to do overtime like giving a call at night and asking you to do work. 5.
