The people that work there are very humble and helpful. The politics and negativity barely exists; since most of them over the course of time become like family. The work-life balance is good and the people there understand that and make sure all the employees have a perfect or good work-life balance. Not much innovation, creativity, and after let’s say a couple of months or fiour five months the learning will stop and you’d be doing the same thing over and over again. The appraisals exist if the company is doing well and if you’ve performed well in the last year, but yeah they do give appraisals and are quite generous at that I’d say. The best thing about this place are the two founders that run this place, they’re the bosses you need in your life.
