...ears.They will wait for a AnyReason to avoid the Hikes.Now the Reason is COVID.There is a Huge Gap between the Salary Offered by the Client to the Employee and The Salary that is given by the Consultancy the Employee.

Yes, only problem with salary whatever they will tell after that they will be not give you exact amount Every month I m getting salary fluctuations. If you talk with them after that also they will not listen to you

Only one thing is you get salary on time except of this nothing else

1.no appraisal 2. no one understand employee side, you will fill that you are work like daily wages worker . 3.Notic period is 3 Months which is not good. there is no bye back policy its always depend on client 3.One you left the company they will do your full and final after 90 days 4.No growth personal as well as technical 5.during my 5 year working , company has changed its Name three time. 6.They don't have multiple clients Only one client.

I have been working at ASM Enterprise Solutions Pvt full-time for more than 2 years, Good work environment with Good Infrastructure . An amazing learning platform where you can practically learn anything relevant to the industry along with the code and assessments.

No prior information on project end 3 month notice period They don’t move you to another project or keep on bench, they directly end terms/employment
