Many, 1) there is no proper redressal of our concerns. 2) work culture is horrible. For sake of clients they ask us to do anything. Even after billing for entire year we get peanuts for our performance. 3) managers are worse, only focusing on output and not addressing any problems of the employees. 4) finance people are much worse in reimbursement. Even after calling and mailing so many times they won't reimburse our amount. No proper inclusion of deductions for form16 causing loss of income for employees under taxation,

Nothing to do with ASM.It is a Cosultancy and It Completely Depnds on Client.

...ears.They will wait for a AnyReason to avoid the Hikes.Now the Reason is COVID.There is a Huge Gap between the Salary Offered by the Client to the Employee and The Salary that is given by the Consultancy the Employee.

No prior information on project end 3 month notice period They don’t move you to another project or keep on bench, they directly end terms/employment

Salary will be paid timely. SustainEngineer for a particular company till customer requirement. Handling only a particular machine as vendor is advantage.

Shift based job.job security is not there.knowledge development is less. Job is not permanent in particular area or location.No improved in career. No ontime recognize for the work.

Job Security needs improvement as its mainly dependent on few customer projects. Customer base has to be increased to add more resources.
