... JOINING THIS ORGANIZATION IF YOU WANT TO PREVENT FROM GETTING DUPED AND LOOTED. THEY DONT EVEN PAY THE SALARY ON TIME AND TAKE YOURS HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM. OFFSHORE GUYS BEWARE

Good work environment and culture and give salary on time but It's not permanent job.you can work as per contract, after completed contract than you will released with a month notice period in case of under contract

The few of team mates and other colleagues are friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Compensation and pay scale is peanuts in front of work load, The work pressure is very high, i had worked till 12-13 hours straight for 2-3 days in a row. No on job training for freshers, The suggestions and creativity is not valued. The seniors specifically the project lead and HOD are arrogant and rude.

Good team and team leaders, feeling very free to work.

Very good compensation and growth is depends on employee. Team leaders are co operative so very tension free work atmosphere. Flexible work hours.

Working with ask ehs is a great experience.Overall experience is good. Salary hike is not bad. Pleasant working environment. Supportive management.

Dislikes

3 months notice period, inadequate HR polices, hard work shouldn't work here. No career growth. There is 5 years bond. Policies can be change any time. Lack of team work.
