Poor Company. All the employees sit till 7 AM .. are compelled to do 2-3 hours of over time without any extra pay. They say "Login Time is set for you but not the Logout time". Managers use Slangs and never speak professionally. Poor client hold and they don't have linkedin rps.. dice.. indeed etc any other job portal. Their ATS is everything they have. They dont have many clients and company is struggling to keep their people. Saveral new joinees are exiting the very second third day. Never Join them. They will kill your mental stability.

To be honest there is nothing that you like about this company Toxic Company and Toxic Work Culture 11-12 Hours shift daily- Daily 2 hours extra Micromanagement Bad Directors and Bad Managers ASK Company is a total let down, bad directors and extra hours have spoilt the reputation of this company.

...rs to extend 1 more hour on a daily basis. So almost daily shift is 11-12 hours. Too much over time is there in this company without any extra pay based on OT. Weekend Work-If the weekly targets are not met then the managers tell recruiters to come and work on weekends on both the days Saturday and Sunday. Micromanagement-Too much and too much of micromanagement, they track your calls, emails, ATS activity every 1 hour and tell recruiters to make 100-120 calls per day, which is way too much. Job Portals-No Job Portals there in this company they only have an old ATS/VMS which is Accuick too outdated which gives you no results. All old resumes in that database No CB, No Monster, No Dice given to recruiters because they don't have it only No Indeed or No LinkedIn RPS. (RPS and Indeed used only by managers). If you are doing WFH they think you are open for slavery and if you ask managers about extra hours they only say one thing WFH is better then going onsite and working from office so better sit at home and work extra hours. Do your research and join this poor company if you join also and trapped in this overtime and micromanagement please leave the company right after you get your first salary and join a better organization and share your experience in Ambition Box, Glassdoor, Google Reviews and Other platforms. Worst company i have ever worked. I should have filed a legal case against them for making their employees work for 11-12 hours which is against the law.

... issue. Several recruiter faces same issue on daily basis. I quit coz of system. They give salary on time. But work life balance is not good. Because they don't update there system. I would suggest don't join the organisation. I was making 250 calls on daily basis like a teller caller. They don't see your efforts. They want only submissions. Worst experience.

I don't like the system there, they are not upto date. They use old database for finding the candidates for IT positions. Not other portals provided by company like indeed, monster, job diva, ceipal ATS.

They lied on the first call that shift would start from 6.30 pm IST and end at 3.30 am IST, As the company works for US. But on the first they declared it as 6.00 pm to 3.30 am IST. They ask you to extend you shifts daily. Managers are worst, will call you and talk about personal questions. Sunil is one of the lead, As it is completely remote role, But He calls every one to his native place, If someone visits, He will give him all.tje opportunities to exceed in career will give them leadership opportunities etc. They will talk so sweet in beginning and then they will talk terribly later. They will ask you to work in weekend, And will tell every day that they'll fire you anytime.
