... issue. Several recruiter faces same issue on daily basis. I quit coz of system. They give salary on time. But work life balance is not good. Because they don't update there system. I would suggest don't join the organisation. I was making 250 calls on daily basis like a teller caller. They don't see your efforts. They want only submissions. Worst experience.

Dislikes

I don't like the system there, they are not upto date. They use old database for finding the candidates for IT positions. Not other portals provided by company like indeed, monster, job diva, ceipal ATS.

Only one thing good is remote work

They lied on the first call that shift would start from 6.30 pm IST and end at 3.30 am IST, As the company works for US. But on the first they declared it as 6.00 pm to 3.30 am IST. They ask you to extend you shifts daily. Managers are worst, will call you and talk about personal questions. Sunil is one of the lead, As it is completely remote role, But He calls every one to his native place, If someone visits, He will give him all.tje opportunities to exceed in career will give them leadership opportunities etc. They will talk so sweet in beginning and then they will talk terribly later. They will ask you to work in weekend, And will tell every day that they'll fire you anytime.

By providing WFH opportunity they think that they have purchased that employee for 24x7. There is no work life balance. You won't get to log off on time from the day one. They will force you to extend your working hours from 10-12 hours even though they already know that they are not going get any results for that. Unnecessary meetings are organised 3-4 times a day just to waste employee's time and then asking him/her why the work wasn't done. Suddenly changing of daily targets by director Mr. Somesh taklu who doesn't know how much hard work an employee is doing to meet the daily targets. Aree bhai sherer pe dhyaan de damaloo ho rkha hai tu. Agar zindagi barbad krne ho toh b iss company mt Jana WFH dekh k warna pta nhi kb tum suicide na krlo. They don't care about employee's physical as well as mental health. They can force you to work on weekends as well. They force you to ask the candidate illegally about there passport copies and other confidential details .Lastly they think employee working under us won't get any other opportunity. Come on grow up guys I will be going to file a complaint against company and director from labour commission soon.

I didnt like the work culture at ask as they a providing work from home so they think they can hire people as low as they want.

There is nothing in ask consulting to like about i dislikes everything out there the management is the worst at ASK

I don’t know if there is anything to be liked about this company. I have worked with 8 different staffing companies in my career of 17 years, but this company is the worst of all. They don’t have a plan for you before hiring but once you join, they throw all their problems on you and ask you to “Figure Out”. They wouldn’t even help you you in sorting out problems. No job security at all. Very rude communications, they use slangs while communicating with their peers.

Everything about ASK Consulting-management, process, system. Even the HR can’t talk in a proper way. They say something and do something else and when you mention about what they said, they would immediately disagree to it. No trust on employees.
