I joined Asint with baby steps, But ASInt and team members helped me in getting through all the challenges with great support. Company has good Team work, Knowledge gaining, Helping nature, Good Working Environment. Everyone are given Equal opportunity to upgrade their skills.

Dislikes

Initially everything was up in the air without knowing start and end of our assigned tasks, currently lots of knowledge sharing is going on.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
